A 5m x 2.5m exhibition stand with a custom lightbox solution with printed graphics. Every year, IFE proves to be a busy, competitive environment where brands have only a few moments to capture visitors' attention. The objective was clear: deliver a professional, high-impact stand that would attract visitors, reinforce the brand, and maximise visibility throughout the exhibition.

what we did

Working with the client’s requirements, our team set about working on a render design to make sure the creative ideas were implemented.

The main attraction to encourage visitor engagement was the product in the 4-sided plinth with LED lighting, positioned centrally within the open area of the floorspace. Our team then worked on zoning the areas off around the main feature, allowing for meeting areas, demo area and bar for conversations to take place.

the outcome

An interesting exhibition stand design that showcased the product in a significant way to increase visitor engagement. The stand generated strong levels of interest throughout the tradeshow. The footfall was evidently high and conversations were in full flow.

This project demonstrated that there is a specific time and show that brands need to work with clever and unique exhibition stand designs. Our team thoroughly enjoyed working on this project!
