A 10 m x 4m island exhibition stand, with an objective to create a strong brand presence at a popular trade show in the insurance sector. Working in alignment with the client’s established brand standards, every aspect, from the chosen colour scheme to the finer points of structural design, was carefully developed to reflect and reinforce their visual identity.

what we did

Having set up exhibition stands previously at the Insutech show, our team were aware of the popularity and high footfall expected. So, the first thing we did for our clients was to incorporate a hanging banner with printed branding, to ensure visibility across the show floor. The island stand allowed maximum visibility and ensure consistent brand recognition from multiple locations on the show floor. Our team added two LED wall structures on opposite corners of the stand space to attract attention, whilst keeping the layout open and inviting visitors to enter the exhibition stand. These LED wall structures also attracted as the pivotal foundations to connect the curved overhead printed branding banner.

the outcome

The custom exhibition stand design and build significantly increased visitor engagement for the client, generating strong levels of interest throughout the event. Its open, welcoming layout, combined with strategically positioned branded talk points, encouraged valuable conversations with prospective customers and business partners. As a result, the stand delivered a measurable uplift in brand visibility and effectively enhanced the client’s presence at the Insurtech Show.

This project also demonstrated how well-executed exhibition stand architecture can act as a powerful visual centrepiece on a busy show floor, naturally attracting footfall and drawing attendees into the space.
