A 4m x 5m open-on-3-sides exhibition stand for Teamwire at the Critical Communications Show. An extremely busy show that required an open, inviting exhibition stand and time for visitors to develop conversations effectively.

We aimed to utilise the floor space allocated effectively, as it was the ideal size and positioned perfectly in the middle of the aisle, allowing passers-by to stop and engage with the staff of Teamwire.

what we did

Working with the client, our project manager set about making full use of the exhibition floor space. They developed lightbox solutions for the back wall and totem, integrating screens to showcase product demos and branded content.

Specific zones were created around the AV equipment to allow conversations to develop. The mix of standing and seated areas means the team were able to connect with those who wanted further knowledge of their product.

the outcome

A very happy client was the outcome! Our clients loved how the design reflected their corporate identity. It was also important for them to be able to demo their products to prospective clients; our AV equipment, strategically placed on the exhibition stand, allowed for this.

Conversations are key for all exhibitors, and this stand was no exception. Our clients were able to talk to many of the visitors over the course of the exhibition, due to an open and inviting exhibition stand space.
