The brief provided by our client was to create a visually impressive and distinctly branded exhibition stand for one of the largest gaming global events, ICE Barcelona.

The stand needed to be practical as well as inviting, therefore the set up sectioned included designated seated meeting areas.

what we did

We kicked off the project by developing a precise render design for a distinct 8m by 8m exhibition stand. The exhibition stand featured 2 main screens each 4m (w) x 1.5m (h) LED screens raised 2.5m.

To create an aesthetically inviting exhibition stand our team also incorporated a corner triangle totem with touchscreens. The theme of triangle continued within the stand design through the hanging structure.

the outcome

The Vatan Platform stand attracted steady footfall and created a strong brand presence throughout ICE Barcelona. The layout allowed for effective engagement with attendees, while the clean design and digital elements helped reinforce the brand’s innovation-focused message. Client feedback was highly positive, with the stand considered a strong visual and functional asset during the event.
